Confidentiality
SAITA Consulting is committed
towards maintaining the highest
levels of integrity in all
its dealings with clients – whether
potential, current and past.
It includes protection of commercial confidentiality of all
information received or processed in the course of rendering
consulting services. We extend the same standards of service
to all our customers, suppliers, partners and associates.
Ethics
SAITA Consulting conducts and will always conduct its services
honestly and honourably and we expect our customers, suppliers,
partners and associates to do the same. Our services, strategic
support and our business methods take account of ethical considerations
and protection of the position of our clients.
Duty of Care
SAITA Consulting assures that its actions
and advice will conform to the relevant
law. It also believes that all businesses and organizations, including
ours should not cause any adverse effect on the human rights of
people within or outside the organization, or the local and wider
environments, and the well-being of society at large.
Conflict of Interest
SAITA Consulting will not provide any
service to a direct competitor of
a client, owing to the sensitive nature
of consulting services.
Contracts
SAITA Consulting contracts will usually
be in the form of a detailed proposal, which will include objectives,
activities, methodologies, costs, timescales and deliverables.
SAITA Consulting will fulfill all its contractual requirements,
unless unforeseen situations prohibit so.
Fees
SAITA Consulting fees structures will
be competitive, and will ensure high quality customized and specialised
services. We agree on our fees and basis of charges clearly in
advance, so that we and our clients can plan reliably for the
project and how it is to be achieved.
Payment
SAITA Consulting aims to be as flexible
as possible in the way that our services our charged. Some clients
prefer fixed project fees; others are happier with retainers,
and we try to fit in with what will be best for the client. We
make no attempt to charge interest on late payments, so we expect
payments to be made when agreed.
Intellectual Property and Moral Rights
SAITA Consulting retains the ownership
of all intellectual property that we create
unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return we
respect the intellectual copyrights vested in our clients' intellectual
property.
Quality Assurance
SAITA Consulting maintains the quality
of output through constant reviews with clients, of all aims,
activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every
activity. We encourage regular review meetings and provide
regular progress reports.
Professional Conduct
SAITA Consulting conducts all its
activities professionally and with
integrity. We take great care to be
completely objective in our judgment
and in any recommendations that we
make, in order to ensure that
issues are never influenced by anything
other than the best interests of our
clients.
